Fast and perfect support

I bought a hosting package with all the bells and whistles, including a free domain and pro plugins. I set up a test site, but it wouldn't connect to my account because it was already in use by another one. I spent the first few hours chatting with WPMUDEV, and the problem was totally on their end.
